Calibrator used to inspect weight in the Japanese colonization period

It was an instrument used to exam the standard of quality and quantity with maximum weight to 20 kg and precision to 500 mg in the Japanese Governance Era. It was taken over from the Japanese by the Weights and Measures Institute of Taiwan Province and was donated to the NSTM by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2001.
