    • Function / Purpose:
      Movable type monochrome press: a smaller printing machine; the maximum size of paper it can print is size 8.
    • Characteristics:
      It was a manual octavo sheet-fed letterpress machine which was made around 1950 by Ching Yung Machinery Works in Taichung. Although its functions and characteristics were modeled on Japanese patterns, it was able to prove that Taiwan had the ability to manufacture printing machines at that time.
